Where's my order?

A majority of our items are "pre-orders". These items will include a turnaround time within the item's description. We adhere as closely as possible to these turnaround times. You will receive an email along with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If you do not have this email yet, it is likely that your item has either not shipped yet, or the email went to your spam. If this does not apply to you, contact us below with your order number and/or the email address the order was placed with. 

I entered my address incorrectly

Please include your order number and correct address in the form on our support page. If you do not know your order number, please include the email address in which the order would have been placed with. We will email you and let you know once the correction has been made. Please note, we cannot change your address once the order has shipped. It is up to you to contact the shipping provider after the order has shipped if you need to make changes. 

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Our emails are sometimes routed to spam. Check your spam folder first. If you are unable to find it, contact us below and include the email address in which the order was placed with. 

What's your shipping/return policy?

Due to the limited nature and timeliness of seasonal product, all sales are final through this website. Exchanges and/or refunds are not available. For defective or damaged merchandise upon arrival, please send proof of information and file of claim with the shipping courier to us via our contact information.

How do I know what size to order?

We provide a sizing chart with most of our items.
